We are a Mobile Surveillance Company utilizing body cameras, and modern patrol tools and technology. We promote the idea of community policing and working with both clients and local law enforcement.

Featuring  police body cameras that have 1080 P Resolution and are infrared as well as color HD video. These provide an edge that allow us to date and time stamp any perpetrator contact.  Using these tools the unknown becomes the known as we are quickly able to identify who we are dealing with and share that information with clients.

Patrolmen and Women are highly trained and are monitored using dual vision recording systems mounted in each patrol vehicle. They are tracked using cell towers live, thus reducing liability and creating client trust.

We also use online reporting tools to send important information regarding our activities, perpetrator activities, police contact and any case numbers with a targeted resolution that is essential to client satisfaction.

Dual-Vision™ XC4 Continuous HD Video   and Event Recording

Dual-Vision™ XC4 continuously monitors and captures driving behavior while simultaneously providing real-time driver feedback. If the predetermined speed limit and/or G-force settings should be exceeded, the driver is notified with an audible chime. The audible chime or “alert” is a reminder to drivers that helps reinforce safe driving habits. Dual-Vision™ XC4’s continuous video helps fleets monitor and confirm that safe practices are consistently maintained by drivers. Dual-Vision™ XC4’s instant driver feedback is the equivalent of a safety expert sitting side by side with drivers and training them on safe practices that result in behavioral changes and fewer incidents and collisions.

Data Retrieval Options

All Dual-Vision™ XC4 models are Wi-Fi capable. The original Auto Download System (ADS) with database server, is now transitioning to a new Cloud Database System (CDS). The Dual-Vision™ CDS receives automatic uploads of vehicle video files from the Dual-Vision™ XC4 device such as G-force, speed overage, and driver panic button events. Video can also be requested by vehicle #, date and time. Cloud users can securely manage settings, data, and play and or download video files from any internet connected computer or mobile device. The data is transmitted to the cloud via a dedicated Wi-Fi network at the garage or vehicle depot level where vehicles are stored, maintained, and dispatched. The Wi-Fi network process is typically proposed, managed, and installed by Rosco. Wi-Fi works in tandem with local storage of video data on SD cards in each Dual-Vision device. Wi-Fi virtually eliminates the need to remove SD cards and is perfect for applications where time is in short supply. CDS can be used with Rosco's DV-Pro 5 database management system. Emergency response vehicles, truck fleets, charter buses, law enforcement, school buses, and public transit vehicles can all benefit from the system’s ability to automatically upload video.

Dual-Vision™ XC4's cellular capabilities allow fleet managers to review and download live video while vehicles are still on the road. The Dual-Vision™ XC4 device connects to the Cloud via cellular connection and users are able to pull live videos and other live data from the Cloud. Live video streaming is also available. Cellular plans and costs vary. Please consult with Rosco on the options that best fit your fleet. Cellular connectivity also allows for integration with certain telematics devices.
